Security Audit

As part of the setup process for all of our packages, we do a complete Security Audit of your site and determine if any issues exist and what needs to be fixed. We will report back to you our results and recommendations moving forward.

Backup - Amazon S3

All of our backups are stored offsite at Amazon S3. For the lite package, we do a daily database backup and weekly code backup. All other packages include a daily backup. In addition to storing to Amazon, we can also provide our clients with a copy that can be sent via email.

Updates - Core, Plugins and Themes

When Updates become available, it is important that they be applied as soon as possible. Once we are made aware of any updates to the Core of Wordpress, Plugin and/or themes, we will schedule the update to be applied. We ensure there is a good backup before any update is applied.

24/7 Security Monitoring

Our team monitors your site around the clock to ensure there is no malicious activity going on. Should we detect any security breach or malicious activity that could affect the availability of your site, you will be notified and we will discuss a course of action.

Reporting/Recommendations

It is important that you are kept up to date with what we are doing to keep your site safe. We will provide you with a monthly report of the work we have done over the month, as well as, any threats that were stopped or remedied.

Real-Time Activity Tracking

As part of our Monitoring service, we keep track of the activity that occurs on your site. We know when files are updated , when someone logs into the site that is not supposed to, and anything else that happens to the site, when it happens. This allows us to take immediate action remedy the situation as quick as possible

Security Scan

These are scheduled scans that, not only check for malware or viruses that may have been uploaded to your site, but we also check the health of your site to ensure your site has not been Blacklisted

There is no worse feeling than when you realize your website has infected the computer of someone you know. They've lost everything because your website infected them with malicious software. Our system provides continuous malware monitoring to help avoid these issues.

This is an important part of our prevention service. Our ongoing monitoring will detect any and all know malware and will provide immediate notification so that we can take the appropriate action.

If we determine that you have been infected by Malware or a Virus, we will take immediate action and remove the infection. This is included in our Pro and Premium packages. For our lite package, you will be notified immediately of the issue and will be given the option for us to remove the threat (Additional fees for removal will apply).

Website Blacklist Removal

We have a responsibility to monitor and create a safe online experience for users. Many organizations like Google and Bing have invested a lot of energy to identify and blacklist websites that are being used nefariously. We integrate a number of the top Blacklist API's allowing us to quickly see if your brand is being affected.

Repair Dirty SEO

Also known as Search Engine Poisoning (SEP) attacks, we have a keen - and effective - approach to addressing infected SEO on Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs). There is nothing more embarrassing when someone is looking for your product, but instead they see and are redirected to pharmaceutical pages on your website.

Site Restore/Recovery

Sometimes sites break, data gets accidentally deleted, or files removed in error. Should this happen and a site restore is required, we will handle that on your behalf. This feature is available to our Pro and Premium members. If you are a lite member and require a site restore, an additional fee will be charged.

Premium Themes Access

We own the developer rights to many Premium themes and continue to purchase more if we feel it will benefit our clients. These premium themes are available to our Premium Customers if they are looking to change up the look and feel of their site or if they like the functionality that exists in a theme. We currently offer themes from Studiopress and MyThemeShop.

Premium Plugin Access

As with our Premium Themes, we also have the developer rights to to some Premium Plugins. Thought about integrating Web Conferencing on your site, well you may be interested in our Webinar Ignition or RunClicks plugin. Interested insetting up an automated Amazon Store, well then our Prosociate Plugin will do the trick. We are always adding new Premium Plugins.

Support Time Included

This is the amount of support time included with each plan in order to remedy any issue that may arise such as removing malware/virus or restoring from a backup. This time can be used for any support issue related to the website. You can also use this time to to have a plugin installed and configured or installing a new theme. Need content uploaded to your site, we can do that as well. This time can only be used for task based requests, not project based requests such as Development or Design. Unused Support time cannot be carried forward to the next month.

Additional Support Time

Should you require additional task based requests for your website and do not have time available you existing package, you can purchase additional time at the rate specified for that package.
